3 Peaks Challenge - A LIFE for a CURE

A LIFE for a CURE is a cause that is very close to Pod's heart. It is a charity that was established after the unexpected and sudden passing of Ryan Bresnahan, a local Bristol 16 year old, to Meningitis B in 2010. A LIFE for a CURE was set up both as a legacy to Ryan and to help raise awareness and valuable funds to help in the search for the ultimate vaccine for meningitis.

To raise money for this outstanding charity, 20 women, or 'angels' will be completing the 3 Peaks Challenge --climbing Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike AND Snowdon (the tallest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales respectively) all in 24 hours! In exactly one month, on 15th June, they will set off on their incredible challenge, staring their journey at some ungodly hour so they can fit all three peaks into one day! But this challenge won't be worth anything without your help and support.

Please give as generously as you can to support these 20 wonderful angels and the fight to find a vaccine for meningitis.

You can donate on their Virgin Money Giving page:
